Carlos — Plant Manager
Hitting the daily grind early in the morning is our Brightwater Laundry plant manager — Carlos! Planning, organizing, directing, and running optimum day-to-day operations in an effort to exceed our customers’ expectations is his primary objective. With a degree in Electronics Engineering Technology, his technical field roles vary and include a production/facility maintenance manager assistant, controls engineer, and production engineer.
Moving to Tennessee in 1998, he continues to enjoy living among our beautiful Smoky Mountains today. Playing the piano, singing, and practicing martial arts occupy his free time. And nothing beats spending quality time with his lovely wife and 3 adorable kids!

Miguel — Maintenance Technician
At Brightwater Laundry of TN, reliability isn’t optional, it’s mission-critical. And that reliability starts with Miguel.
As our Maintenance Technician, Miguel is responsible for keeping our commercial laundry plant operating at peak performance every single day. From preventive maintenance schedules to real-time troubleshooting, he ensures our machines are running safely, efficiently, and without interruption.
In a high-volume commercial environment, even minor downtime can have major effects. Miguel approaches his role with urgency, precision, and a proactive mindset. He doesn’t just fix issues, he works to prevent them. Through detailed inspections, equipment monitoring, and hands-on technical expertise, he helps protect our turnaround times and service commitments to every customer we serve.
What sets Miguel apart is his ownership mentality. He understands that behind every load processed is a guest experience, a business operation, or a property depending on us. His dedication in maintenance keeps our facility dependable, our systems optimized, and our team supported.
Karla — Production Team Lead
As our Production Team Lead, Karla oversees the flow of work across the plant floor, ensuring every load is processed efficiently, accurately, and to the highest quality standards. In a high-volume commercial laundry operation, consistency and coordination are everything. Karla keeps our team aligned, our processes streamlined, and our turnaround times on track.
She plays a critical role in daily production planning, managing workflow, monitoring quality control, and supporting team members to ensure standards are met at every stage. From sorting and washing to drying, finishing, and delivery, Karla ensures that nothing leaves our facility without meeting Brightwater’s expectations.
What sets Karla apart is her leadership on the floor. She leads by example; steady under pressure, focused on details, and committed to team success. She understands that every order represents a business relying on us, and she takes pride in delivering work that reflects reliability and professionalism.
Linky — Production Team Lead
As a Production Team Lead, Linky helps drive the day-to-day performance of our plant floor, ensuring workflow remains efficient, organized, and aligned with our quality standards. In a fast-paced commercial laundry environment, attention to detail and steady coordination are critical!
She works closely with team members across each stage of production, supporting accuracy from dirty to clean. By maintaining clear communication and accountability on the floor, Linky helps ensure that every order is processed correctly and delivered on time.
