Ron McCann — General Manager
Joining the Brightwater Laundry of Tennessee family in July 2023, Ron McCann brings 35+ years of experience in the commercial laundry business. With previous roles as a production manager, service manager, general manager, and founder — serving healthcare, food and beverage, industrial, and hospitality sectors — Ron is well-rounded in the laundry industry.
He is the founder of Integrity Textile Services in Northeast Ohio (1998-2017). He worked as a traveling laundry consultant for several years in Ohio, Michigan, Arkansas, Missouri, and Kansas. Not to mention, he is a proud member of the Textile Rental Services Association (TSRA) and a loyal sponsor of the Executive Management Institute and Production Management Institute — educational programs that aim to develop strong teams of laundry professionals.
Ashley — Account Manager
Responsible for handling client acquisitions, maintaining customer relations, and spearheading community outreach, Ashley is our hardworking account manager at Brightwater Laundry. A Michigan native, she moved to Tennessee in 2013 — quickly falling in love with our Great Smoky Mountains and Appalachian culture. Enjoy hiking mountain trails in the area? You might spot Ashley trekking with her 2 beloved dogs in her free time.

Carlos — Plant Manager
Hitting the daily grind early in the morning is our Brightwater Laundry plant manager — Carlos! Planning, organizing, directing, and running optimum day-to-day operations in an effort to exceed our customers’ expectations is his primary objective. With a degree in Electronics Engineering Technology, his technical field roles vary and include a production/facility maintenance manager assistant, controls engineer, and production engineer.
Moving to Tennessee in 1998, he continues to enjoy living among our beautiful Smoky Mountains today. Playing the piano, singing, and practicing martial arts occupy his free time.
